Ingredient Overload: Store-bought vs. Homemade

Great article showing how many ingredients and additives are in store-bought versions of food that can be made at home.  When I am at the grocery store, I tend to steer away from items that have ingredients that I either cannot pronounce or do not recognize.  When you make your food at home, you know all of the ingredients that are being added.
